KFI has actively participated in every stage of developing fortified rice kernel standards named Rice Kernel Fortificants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Their involvement has been crucial in presenting recommendations for the types and nutritional content of fortified rice kernels, based on analyzing the gaps in the micronutrient needs of targeted populations, kernel processing, mixing processes with rice, shelf life, handling, and consumer acceptance.
